The Randal D. Simmons Outreach Foundation is a 501c (3) non profit corporation which was created and founded by his wife, Lisa T. Simmons. Her goal was to establish a foundation in his name that would best honor her husband as well as continue his legacy.

The foundation's primary goals are to empower the community by providing support in the areas of economic development, education, health and wellness and global outreach. These goals are achieved by seeking support from the community, community leaders, corporations and other organizations by means of monetary or other tangible donations.

Honoring his dreams of hope for the less fortunate and paying homage to his servant spirit, Lisa designed a logo that described the things that Randy was passionate about which in turn would define the purpose and vision of The Randal D. Simmons Outreach Foundation.
